Development and delivery of formal energy related training. Ruby has experience delivering structured training to unskilled refugees in Ethiopia for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). For 6 months she led theoretical and hands on training in the design and installation of off-grid solar plus battery storage mini-grids for refugee hospitals.
